About PayPair

Our Mission

PayPair was created to solve a common problem faced by e-commerce businesses: reconciling order data with Stripe payment information. We understand the pain of manually looking up payment details, fees, and net amounts for hundreds or thousands of transactions.

What We Do

PayPair automates the process of enriching your e-commerce order data with detailed Stripe payment information. Simply upload your CSV file containing Stripe payment IDs, and we'll retrieve the total amount, processing fees, and net amount for each transaction.

Security & Privacy

Your data security and privacy are our top priorities:

• All API keys are encrypted before storage using industry-standard encryption
• We never store your uploaded CSV files on our servers
• Files are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after processing
• We only store metadata about your uploads (filename, date, row count)
• We recommend using Stripe's restricted API keys with read-only access

Supported Platforms

PayPair currently supports Squarespace with architecture designed to easily add support for additional e-commerce platforms. Our flexible platform configuration system allows administrators to add new platforms and specify the CSV column names for Stripe payment IDs.
